About Me:

I am a experienced Realtor, local builder's wife (40 years together and counting) and have an identical twin (yes she lives here too), I  enjoy helping others navigate the area to locate their dream property while discovering the beauty of the Tri-Lakes area as my family did 30 years ago. I grew up on the coast and have always felt the pull to be near the water.  When we discovered Table Rock Lake I knew this would be home for my family of 4 and my extended family (over 100 now and still counting).  We found paradise in this beautiful country and my two boys were blessed with growing up "at the lake" with wake boarding, boating, swimming, fishing and hunting.  We can't imagine ourselves anywhere else and now I am blessed to watch my five grandchildren enjoy adventures at Table Rock Lake.  

I specialize in Lake and Dock properties, to include all land/homes on or around the Tri-Lakes area and Branson.  Table Rock Lake is huge and the water covers close to 50 square miles with over 800 miles of shoreline, with depths in the main channels commonly range from 80-180 feet.  Visitors and residents frequently comment about the abundance of vegetation and forest along the shorelines, clarity of the water and water quality itself. 

Table Rock Lake is rated among the top ten bass lakes in the country and there isn't a bad time or season to come and fish the lake(s) - fishing is enjoyed year round.  Close proximity to Branson, shopping, shows and theatres makes lake living extra desirable.  Renowned amusement park, Silver Dollar City, is located within a few miles of Branson and consistently ranks at the top 10 of the best amusement parks and lighted Christmas Light displays in the U.S.
